This will be Coach Nechak's first year on staff at ECR, as he is excited to take on the head FS position! He believes in instilling hard work, discipline, and positive attitudes in all of his players. Coach Nechak has over a decade of experience in various roles in club baseball, and Pony League at West Hills, where he has served on the board since 2016. Since 2022 he has been the head of player development for the California Prospects. 

Coach Nechak is a graduate of Big Bear High School (01') and holds certifications in construction development from Santiago Canyon College, as well as leadership and management from Michigan State 

He currently resides in Canoga Park with his son Jack.
