Coach Beckerman attended University High School where he played
baseball for Coach Frank Cruz and graduated in 1986.  Coach Beckerman
graduated California State University Northridge in 1992 with both a
bachelor’s degree and teaching credential.  In 2002, he obtained his
Master's Degree in Education Administration.

Coach Beckerman was Head Varsity Baseball Coach at University High
School from 1992 thru 2001, where his teams won 3 Western League Championships (94, 95, 00). Coach Beckerman led is 2000 team to a semi-final appearance, and quarterfinal appearance in 1997.

He has been teaching since 1993 and has taught at ECR since 2003.  He
is a member of the faculty, teaching Life Skills, Health, and A.V.I.D.
He resides in Porter Ranch, CA with his wife Jodie of 22 years, and 18 year old
daughter Emily.
